Dermasweep is an innovative alternative to conventional microdermabrason treatments, and is proving to be effective at reducing wrinkles, improving the tone and texture of the skin, and increasing collagen production. Microdermabrasion DermaSweep™ treatments combine powerful exfoliation and skin resurfacing with potent topical solutions to leave the skin looking brighter, smoother and rejuvenated after just one visit.

Microdermabrasion Treatment

The Microdermabrasion DermaSweep treatment uses a gentle vacuum to lift the skin against the treatment tip, removing the topmost layer. A variety of treatment tips are available to ensure complete customization, and the deepest penetration and exfoliation for individual skin types.

The Dermasweep microdermabrasion system can also be used to treat a number of skin conditions and improve the overall health of the skin. The treatment can be performed to improve:

  • Hyperpigmentation
  • Rough skin texture
  • Patches of pigmented skin
  • Appearance of surgical scars
  • Mild to moderate cases of acne
  • Dull, lifeless skin
  • Enlarged Pores
  • Early Signs of Aging
  • Skin Tone and Texture
  • Sun-Damaged Skin

Immediately following a DermaSweep Microdermabrasion, the skin feels smooth and refreshed with increased blood flow to the surface. This increased circulation encourages new collagen formation, and firmer, more youthful-looking skin.

There is no downtime associated with the Microdermabrasion DermaSweep treatment. Although it's better for women not to wear makeup for the remainder of the day, if necessary, it may be applied immediately following the treatment. Unlike other exfoliating treatments, there is very little peeling afterwards because the buildup skin is removed during the actual Microdermabrasion treatment.

Will I need more than one Microdermabrasion treatment?

The condition of the skin will determine how many Microdermabrasion treatments may be recommended. In some cases, four to six treatments performed every two weeks may be suggested for optimal results. In many instances, individuals opt for subsequent Microdermabrasion treatments because of the way the skin feels and looks for days afterwards.

How long will the results last?

Lasting and more significant results will occur after four to six treatments spaced over 10 days to two weeks apart, supported by a daily post treatment routine. If you have DermaSweep in combination with an Oxygen facial or laser skin rejuvenation (photorejuvenation or chemical peels), then the results will last longer.
