I've been to the spa many times and have had great experiences, but most recently I went for a waxing treatment which I can safely say is the worst I have ever had.

I don't mean to sound super dramatic, but I went to the spa before my wedding hoping to pamper myself a bit since I'd otherwise had great experiences there. The woman who did my waxing was either lacking in skill or simply untrained, because she definitely had no idea what she was doing-- dumping clumps of wax in random places, missing other places entirely and at one point, pulling the wax in the wrong direction causing a massive purple bruise that EVERYONE noticed at my bridal shower. When I called to complain, I got no call back.

Anyway, long story short-- the body treatments I've had such as scrubs, massages, etc.. I've really enjoyed! My girl friends used to love to go there just to relax and enjoy the services and steam room, and I would still recommend that to anyone-- but stay FAR, FAR away from the waxing!

I have been to many spas and Ten Spa is one of the best!  I have done the Hamam - with a message and facial included - three times now and have a gift certificate to go again!  The best part about the Hamam is you can go as a group - two times I was there with 4 or more people!  It is super relaxing and the staff is super professional!  I am counting down the days to go again!  I have also just had a message and to me they are the best I have ever had - perfect pressure and they work out the knots!  

I would recommend it to everyone - actually I do!

I haven't been to too many spas before, but as far as I'm concerned, the Ten is among the best. I had an amazing time with some friends there (getting massages/scrubs), and had an equally great experience with my mom (luxury pedicure) on mother's day a few months later. We'll be going later this month and I can't wait!

If you're going, I recommend a weekday morning because its very quiet. Also, give yourself a few hours-- the great thing about Ten is that its very conducive to just unwinding in the steam room or with a magazine for a while. :)
